A rare and scientifically intriguing deep-water murex from San Andrés, Colombia. The “aff.” designation indicates this specimen is closely related to Chicoreus briskasii but may represent a distinct undescribed form, adding exceptional scientific interest. The shell displays elegant frilled spines, fine spiral cording, and a delicate cream and pale salmon coloration. A truly unusual find for the serious Muricidae collector.
