Return & Refund Policy

At Donax Seashells, we want you to feel completely confident in every specimen you add to your collection.

Right of Withdrawal / Return Window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This 14-day return policy applies to all customers, worldwide.

To exercise this right, you can:

  • Submit a return request through your customer account, or
  • Contact us at contact@donaxseashells.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your purchase

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item(s). We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or you have supplied proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Condition of Returned Items

Please return specimens in their original packaging whenever possible, to help protect them during transit. Items should be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made or personalized to your specifications.
