A magnificent and large West African stromb, collected by divers off the coast of Joal, southern Senegal. Thetystrombus latus is a robust and visually striking species, displaying a broad, flared outer lip and a rich warm brown and cream marbled surface with a beautiful natural gloss. At 146.3mm in F+++ condition, this is an outstanding example, well above average size. A bold and impressive centerpiece for any advanced collection.
