A exceptionally rare and highly sought-after deep-water fasciolarid from Honduran waters. Hemipolygona distincta is one of the scarcest members of the Fasciolariidae family, appearing only very rarely on the collector market. This specimen displays a beautifully sharp pattern of bold dark brown axial streaks and blotches on a warm cream-orange base, with a elegantly turreted spire and strong spiral cording. At 61.3mm in F++ condition, this is a truly significant find for any serious collection.
