Chicoreus spectrum is one of the most wildly ornate members of the Muricidae family, displaying an explosion of long, dark fronds and deeply frilled spines in rich chocolate-brown and cream. At nearly 129mm this is an exceptional size. A breathtaking display piece that commands attention in any collection.
