A stunning Brazilian murex and a genuinely rare color variant. While Chicoreus spectrum is typically found in dark chocolate-brown tones, this exceptional specimen displays an unusually warm golden-orange coloration throughout — a natural variation that is far less commonly encountered and highly prized among Muricidae collectors. The elaborate fronds and deeply frilled spines are almost fully intact, making this a breathtaking display piece in every sense.
