Collected under rocks
A remarkable and biologically fascinating Brazilian land snail from the caatinga region of Ceará. Anostoma depressum is one of nature’s great curiosities — its aperture faces upward rather than downward, a unique anatomical feature that has long intrigued malacologists. This specimen is additionally special as an albinistic form, displaying a pure milky-white porcelain-like surface completely devoid of pigmentation — a natural rarity within an already uncommon species. Collected under rocks in the wild. A doubly exceptional and conversation-starting piece for any serious collection.
VERY RARE ALBINISTIC FORM!
